Arambha Toll Plaza — Register complaint of a toll plaza

Hello Sir,
We want to register a complaint against a toll plaza known as Aarambha toll plaza (ECA Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.)which is situated at Aarambha wardha Maharashtra chandrapur nagpur state highway
Sir this tour plaza taking extra charges as overloading charges from the people. when we complaining about it the employee of toll plaza arguing with as
1. The weight plat of a toll plaza is not in working condition properly so they shows that the vehicle is overloaded.
2. They don't give overloading charges in a printed slip of toll plaza they give us another slip .
3.The employee of toll plaza said that the only 5 no. fasttag is scanned here no other fasttag can be scan here.
4. They shows standered weight of vehicle 2850kg but our vehicle standered weight is 2950kg as RC.
please take strict action against toll plaza
