Aravind Gas Agency, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram — do not accept phone calls,delay in delivery of gas cylinder after receiving cash memo

After booking for a new gas cylinder we get a cash memo. We used to get new cylinder on the same day on which gas cylinder is delivered or one or two days later. By last 2 or 3 months there is delay in delivery of gas cylinders even after receiving the cash memo. The greatest difficulty is that when we try to contact the gas agency, the simply don't accept the phone calls. There are 3 phone no. S provided by the company[protected], 2349333 and 2349323.) all these three keep on ringing,
Last week even after receiving message on cash memo, the cylinder was not delivered. I tried to contact aravind indane gas agency for almost one our and finally a person took the call and told me that the door was closed and hence they could not deliver the cylinder. I insisted that there were people in the house the whole day, they should have rang the calling bell. He then gave the phone no. Of the delivery boy. The person in the office had told that the delivery will be on friday, so i tried to contact the delivery boy, but his phone no was switched off. Then i tried to contact the gas agency... For the last one hour ii have been trying the contact them, they are not accepting the phone call. Please help so that the gas agency shows the courtesy to atleast attend our phone calls.
