Aravinth Auto Agency — Not having genuine spare parts and not delivering the Hero pleasure given for service on time

I have given my Hero pleasure for a regular service in a Aravinth auto agency service station. They assure they'll deliver the vehicle on 13/02/21 at 4.00 pm. But they delayed and didn't hand over the vehicle and again assured they'll deliver by Monday 15/02/21 at 10 Am. Till now we didn't receive vehicle and unable to travel to office for work. And their reason for the delay is not having sufficient spare part, so they are going to replace with a ungenuine spare parts. Because of their delay in delivering bike and ungenuine spare parts we are not satisfied. Please find us a solution.
