I took music classes for my 4 year old girl from Aray stars performing arts academy via urbanpro. For a month every thing was right. In the 2nd month they took the fee in advance I paid as I trusted them. After that they gave me 2 classes and then started giving excuses as the tutor is busy with some personal work . I calmly waited for 10 days. After that I started questioning them and said that they should fix her classes with another tutor. But then they stopped responding me . All the no. They given on their pages on f.b or on Google are fake . Not a single no. Is working. They have to refund 4000 but they are not doing that also

When I have payed 4000 for 8 classes in a month 500 per class.
You gave me just 2 classes and then the excuses begins.
Firstly she said her mentor is busy.
I kept waiting for 7 to 8days
After that I said you have do do something about it so change the mentor but still nothing happened
The mediator was stopped replying me. I still waited. Then some other person came into this and said he will handle it.
He spoke to me on 28 Feb when I posted here about my bad experience.
He said day after Tomorrow classes will be resumed.
After 2 days he sent me the link for zoom class by saying Yasin Darbar will be taking the class.
I clearly said that my daughter is a beginner and she will not be able to learn from him.
I just wanted her to learn music no matter who is the mentor. But still he said no no everything will be good . When I join the class their were an old girl on the other side after 3, 4 minutes I asked her mam when the class will be started . She replied I am also a learner. I said I have paied for an individual class then why is there a group call . She said she was also told that it will be an individual class. We were talking and they ended the zoom call . He called me spoke rudely and said main doosron Ko khraab kar rhi hoon. Yasin Darbar ji is a big personality he can't take one on one claesses etc.
Then I said I never asked for a celebrity tutor . I just wanted classes and if you are not able to provide please refund my amount so I can join at another place.
Then said ok I will raise a request after 7 working days you will be refunded. I waited for 8 days then I called him he rejected the call.
After 2 days I again called him but then they blocked my no. From WhatsApp and calls. I mailed that no refund is received and I can see that you people are cheating me so I think I should go for some legal action .But his reply was Really rude.
I mentioned what the reality was.
12 Feb was the day when the last class was given .
It's been a month now.
I am not getting any class no refund no replies.
He was teaching well.
She was learning well.
In the month of February I payed the fee on 5th Feb whole in advance 4000 for 8 classes
Her mentor Aadarsh Mishra ji taught her for 2 classes in Feb.
I was taking 2 classes in a week
For the next class when I asked mam will there be a class she said he is busy with some personal work.
After some days they said he is not well then.
So where and when I asked for Yasin Darbar ji to teach her.
