My material was dispatched by arc on 10th of November 2023. Since then till today no office the one in Chennai as well as in cossipore where the material is right no one answers other numbers do not work. i dont know whether the material is safe when it's gonna be delivered. It's unfair on me to having to chase them it's been 13 days no sign of delivering no one answers no one.contacts us. Worst experience ever. Our total material case is 28 boxes’ but we have Received only 17 boxes in good condition and Remaining 11 box was Damaged condition that’s why we have Returned back to ARC TRANPORTER Our Total value of Invoice is Rs. 2, 13, 920 (amounts in word Two lacs Thirteen thousand Nine Hundred Twenty only )and total 11 box losse /Damaged Value is Approx @ Rs 1, 00000 / so please give me claim form and pls start to our Claim process ASAP
