I sent a consignment on 11.09.2015 having No. K79416124, the packet contained some medicines, which was mentioned on the packet. After reaching the destination at a delayed time it was found that the packet had been changed and some valuable medicines are missing from the packet, which costs around Rs. 1600.00. How it can be resolved.
