We are the creditors of Project ARGUS situated at Gopalpura Flyover, Mahaveer Nagar, Tonk Road Jaipur. We are a group of Contractor, Labour, Suppliers, Vendors, Employees. We have not being paid for the work/ services done by us for the builder ARG Developers Pvt. Ltd. Our payments are pending since Oct 2021 and for few people its due since last 2 years plus. The builder ARG Group is a defaulter and intentionally hold our payments in the month of Oct 2021

Letter in Jan 2022 & May 2022, legal cases number RAJ-RERA-C-N[protected], RAJ-RERA-C-N[protected] in RERA Rajasthan is initiated by a society of ARGUS customers against the builder “ARG Developers Pvt. Ltd.” & Landowner “Mr. Shyam Goyal”. In the same case no one made us party and the Judge Mr. Nihal Chand Goel who is RERA Rajasthan Chairman also has passed a decision on May 30, 2022 which says that Creditors will get paid after achieve of occupancy certificate and for this he has given 150 days to the builder he further added that if in case the builder is unable to bring the OC (Occupancy Certificate) then he will decide a third party to complete the project and bring the OC, until that we will not get our long due amount, and need to fight for survival. This decision is given against the law of natural justice, because one sided this judgement was given without calling and listening to us on the recommendation of customers society and in favor of customers society and defaulter builder. And on the other side this judgement is influenced with greediness as well, because defaulter builder Atmaram Gupta & other directors Shashi Gupta, Akshay Gupta & Accounts Head B L Gupta has given a flat of more than 3 crore rupees in the name of ASHA Goel in just 30 Lac who is wife of Judge Nihal Chad Goel (Proofs Attached). the worst part is the Judge Nihal Chad Goel can not be a judge for the case of same project as he and his wife holds a flat in the said project ARGUS and he is the member of ARGUS FLAT OWNERS ASSOCIATION. this is also against the law of natural justice.
