I have been asking for the refund of my amount of Rs.36000 for which I got a mail from Mr. Anbu who claims to be the head of accounts that too after many follow ups telephonically and thru mail that they will refund it before 15th Aug 2016 and they still haven't refunded so I wrote a mail again and since today I have got no response. Today I had a word with the centre manager by name Mr. Saurav and he is like I don't know what the status is and since now i will look into the matter it will only happen after 7 days. So when I asked him why it is taking so much of time to refund is as I have been asking the same since 19th July 2016 he is like you are not the only one asking for the refund and there are many and you can take any legal action you want to take which clearly shows they are not at interested in refunding my money. I received another text from Mr. Anbu asking me time till 1st Sept 2016 but as expected they still haven't refunded the money. Now I am seriously thinking of taking serious action against the company so that no one has to go thru the suffering I am going thru. Was this information helpful? |
