I had ordered press-on nails from their website, and it was confirmed too. They said they'd ship the order within 12 days, but it's been more 3 weeks, and I haven't received any information about the order.i have tried texting, calling and even emailing them, but they just don't seem to respond, but they're very active on Instagram.
