This is a complaint letter against institute named Arizona Infotech with registered Address: 52/A, Vaiavadi, Shivaji Co operative Housing Society, Bhageerath, Gokhalenagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411016.

The institute was an authorized training partner of EC Council which is a global certification body which certificies & upskills students in information security domain and related areas like Cyber security, IT Audit & Complaince.

We had enrolled for a course in Jan 2021 and paid fees of 35000 which included 20000 as certification fees and 15000 for training.

There were approximately 5-6 students in each batch and the insitute collected money from all students from 5-6 batches back to back without giving them a certification voucher and official courseware.

All throughout the training no official courseware was provided . And the governing body (EC COuncil) in this case was no aware of any of the student enrollments.

We had filled a complained with ECCouncil the governing body and now they have blacklisted the institute but their have off responsibility to pay back our fees saying that Council doenst have any legal binding with Arizona and that the fees collected by Arizona was never paid to the Council.
The worst part is that Arizona Infotect still continues to forge students and collecting fees from them for Certified ethical hacking course.
I have also attached a letter from the council in this regard.

So far we have gathered list of students and also accumalated fee reciepts paid to the institute.

We want to register a complaint for fraudulance of Rs 8 lakhs against the Directors of the company Ms Swapnali Sangare & Harshali Zine.
