Armani — rude attitude of sales girl / lack of company policy clarity to consumer

Today i went to ub city in bangalore to buy tshirts for muself and surprise gift for my daughter.

I was expesting around xmas time a grwat shopping experience as un city mall was so decorated and was looking very attractive with tree and bells hanging allnover the mall...

Since it was a xmas gift and surpise purcase for my daughter. When i asked the sales girl that whether the size can be exchanged of i bring the tshirt back day after tomorrow. She said very rudely that it can be done only if brought tomorrow and nit say after tomorrow.

I feel she could be little polite and this was very subjective and cant be a company policy.

Thanks god, there was another diesel shop and great sales team there. They made my shopping experience excellent. I am happy that diesel helped me witb guft dor my dayghter and gave me flexibility to do the change within next one month. Wow!!!

I will never buy armani now. I hate armani and theur sales staff.
