Your team has been conducting interviews since April 2024 with no concrete outcomes, and repeated delays and vague commitments have raised serious concerns.
Regarding your point on the agreement, while I acknowledge the terms, it is also the responsibility of your consultancy to deliver transparent and genuine services. Repeatedly scheduling interviews with no proper feedback or legitimate opportunities suggests otherwise.
Calling your dissatisfied clients "failures" is unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, your tone reflects a lack of accountability. If there was any genuine intent to support candidates, your communication and conduct would reflect that.
I reserve the right to escalate this matter to relevant consumer forums, legal authorities, and share my experience publicly to ensure others are informed.
