We are aware that some of the reviews that are out there online may be individual experiences or individual complaints about the process. A single review however may not necessarily reflect the full context, the full requirements or the full terms that were actually explained to the client prior to them making their decision to go ahead.
Our position is that we will make sure clients are fully aware of the service fees involved, the sponsorship requirements prior to interview, the procedural formalities and all other relevant terms and conditions well in advance of the process commencing. That way they can make an informed decision as to whether or not they wish to proceed.
It's also important to bear in mind that various stages of the process (including interview booking, sponsorship requirements and the actual decision to offer the role) will involve a number of different parties and procedures. We are of course very much committed to supporting our clients in the course of our services but there are some decisions and outcomes which will be outside of our control.
We are well aware that expectations and outcomes don't always match. Where there are issues we promote open and constructive dialogue and a fair assessment of the facts, with every circumstance being viewed in the correct context.
At Armonia Resource we are still very much committed to being transparent about our processes and to providing a professional service in the context of what we are asked to do.
We believe trust is earned through transparency, accountability and informed choice.
