Armonia Resource (OPC) Private Limited is a company with a corporate office at M -9, M -11 Mezzanine Floor (M .F.) Hemkunth Chembers, Nehru place, New Delhi-110019 The company is a big fraud & promises Indian educated people that they can work in Canada. Initially they send a Pre-assessment form and the feedback is deliberately very positive which promises various interviews and help from them so that you can migrate to Canada.

The Feedback letter is on “Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Service” with a hefty salary of Rs.8.5 lakhs per month. The letter has 4 Canadian companies website address & postal address.

In short they gain the confidence of the person so that once the trust is gained they pay the amount asked by Armonia Resource. Further they charge assessment fees Rs.3540/- .They will immediately send you a email with a positive response & saying that we are eligible for Canada
Very shortly the HR sponsorship round will be scheduled with fees of Rs.35400/- and 100% you will pass the interview and finally they will charge Transcript fees Rs.8260/- Thus totaling Rs.47, 200/- . Now the real cheating game will start.

The Consultancy round interview followed by Technical round interview. Then the Management round Interview.(The Final management round interview will never be cleared by you)

The company will say that you have failed the Final management round interview so again appear for the technical round of interview followed by the Final management round interview . This cheating will go on and on for more than a year or more till you get fed up. But I gave 43 such interview with armonia which started from 02 May-2022 till date (11 May-2023).

The Interview feedback will be send after 4-5 working days so that it appears that the feedback is real and is send by the interviewer from Canada. All the interviews are telephonic rounds & the email feedback is send through Armonia’s India email address. They speak very politely but one crucial fact they will never send you any LMIA approval nor any embassy letter but will keep you busy with technical round interview followed by final management round interview(which you will never be able to clear)

On 12th April 2023 I cleared (passed) the technical round of interview and
the management round was scheduled on 20th April-2023, which was re-scheduled by them thrice, 24th April and 26th April and ultimately the management round took place on 4th May, 2023 at 12.40 am in midnight. All the interviews are in the midnight somewhere they start from 12.30am till 02.30 am. The telephonic interview usually last for 20 minutes.
I rec’d the feed back email saying that the technical Interview result is positive and now the management round is on 17th may 2023 (this email came at 2.13pm India time (4.43am Canada time). I will happy that ultimately I will be going to canada but how come there will be 2 management round of interview. When I wrote an email to them they immediately reverted in one-half an hour saying that the management round is negative and earlier email needs to be ignored This second email was send by armonia at 3.38pm India time (6.08am canada time). I asked them that the Email feedback usually takes 4-5 days then how come you have changed the result from positive to negative in just one-half an hour. Secondly how come the Canadian people are awake at 4.43am and sorted out the mistake in 1 hour and if that’s the reality then why the earlier 43 interview feedback was send to me after 4-5 working days. They were speechless bcoz their fraud was caught by me.

The main Idea of this fraudulent company is to take technical round interview followed by management round interview …on and on because people when are not able to clear the interview they think that they are incapable to go to Canada and finally ignore the interview and forget their hard earn money. Hence armonia gets successful in their fraud. I urge the people not to waste their time and not to trust this fraudulent company.
