Armonia — Service issue

I accept your feedback because I also believe I am one of the victims. I started my journey with Armonia in July 2025. Miss Vani approached me. She was very polite and professional, and based upon the conversation, I paid the screening amount of 3540 on 2nd July 2025, then again I paid 11, 800 on 10th July 2025, and lastly I paid 11, 800 on 20th July 2025.

Till the technical round, the process was smooth enough, and after that, I asked Vani about the next process. She said that your file has been forwarded to our senior manager, Miss Arohi.

For me, it's really shocking when I got rejected twice from the management round by stating, " You seemed unprepared for some questions, struggling to provide in-depth answers. The responses lack clarity and appeared unsure."

After having one management round, the next management round schedule gap is almost a month, which was later reduced after sending a request mail to Arohi ( the entire process seems to me that they are buying time from the candidates).

My last management round was held on 3rd October 2025, and the result came on 6th October 2025, stating negative with the same above feedback. The questions that they mentioned that were not answered properly during my management round, the same question was asked to me in the technical round, and I have cleared that. My question is, how come I have cleared the technical round and not the management round with the same answer?

After asking the same to Miss Arohi on 7 October 2025, her answer was not at all satisfactory.
Just for further clarity, my last organization was Tim Hortons (United Kingdom ). Unfortunately, due to some family medical issues, I came to India in April 2025, and my Right to work expired, hence I cannot move back to the country. That was the only reason why I invested my hard-earned money with Armonia after having a professional conversation with Miss Vani.

I have worked with the best of the best QSR brands like KFC, Burger King, and Starbucks. I have never been dejected like the way they have done with me in the management round. They have plotted my 3rd management round on 16 October 2025 ( and after reading all the feedback, I am pretty confident they will again going to send negative feedback).

Lastly, my earnest request/ advice to the team, Armonia, is not to play around with candidates' hopes and emotions, which will definitely hit you back someday, and Miss Arohi, please try to write a mail that is at least a full sentence instead of just a word email, because in the corporate world, we also do send those kind of email ( please try to understand when someone is counting upon you its not only money there are other emotional factors also involved, please try to respect that). Hopefully, you can understand my point.
