This is to complaint against said CISF Officer at Airport Sumit Kumar ([protected]) Posting ad on Facebook reg sale of his personal belongings because of his transfer - selling AC, Laptop, TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Sofa, Bed, Almirah, Dining Table, Cycle, Etc...

I msgd him for 1 items - laptop negotiable price. He demanded 9 000 for each making total - INR 9 000. I agreed because it was in good condition He asked me for delivery address which I shared. He asked me to pay INR 1800 as booking amt on given India Post UPI QR code - but I said 1000 rupees. Then he sent me attached delivery rcpt & sent me delivery boy contact no ( Sandeep Rawat [protected]) & asked me to contact him for delivery place & time confirmation. Sandeep Rawat asked me transfer (GST + PL amt) - INR 3100. After lots of argument I transferred it on same act. Then he came back saying it should have been done separately - INR 3000 & 100 (two diff Transactions which he never told me before) - the earlier payment is showing error on the system. I tried cancelling the deal, but he blackmail me saying Army Officer will come to my home & there will be a heavy penalty... hence he forced me to repeat the transfer of same amt with two diff transactions saying excess money will be refunded in cash at the time of delivery. After I sent him the Payment screen shot he called me back again saying whole transaction showing error Pay balance 9000 & claim the items - which I clearly refused. I told him that I wanted to visit his office to claim my items personally. He dined saying it is not possible, Sumit Kumar has already transferred to some other place, no outsider will be entertained in CISF office he said paid whole amount otherwise your item will block & it will take more penalty for refunding money l paid again 9000 rupees after that he demanded me 10130 rupees for gate pass purpose I clearly refused he told for refund it will take 10000penalty that's why I send again 10130 rupees after that again he demanded me 9160 rupees for GPS tracking purpose l clearly refused l said him I will sucide after that he said send your AC. Details I will return your money still now he saying all data erased that's why problem coming for sending money sir please do something I am belongs to poor family l had collected that money before 6 month etc, etc...
