Aroop Enterprise — Indane - No delivery from last two months

Dear Sir, I want to draw your kind attention towards a major problem for my LPG gas supply from AROOP ENTERPRISE, near Fazir Bazar, Howrah. Since last 1 & 1/2 months we are not getting our gas cylinder & inspite of many complaints no action is taken. Every time we have to visit the booking office where we get a vague reply that our computers are not working, hence we are not able to supply the units, but it can be easily seen from the other way that the officials are playing cards in their desktop. Inspite of these non-availability of gases, as per the officials the delivery boy sell those cylinders by charging extra amounts to the customers and not delivering it as per the booking numbers. I am from Ganges Garden, Shibpur, Howrah area. And sorry to inform you that we are going through this pathetic problem everyday.Everytime we ask the delivery boy for our unit for which either he wont reply OR he will sell the unit to somebody else charging him/her extra amount.ITS AN EVERYDAY PRACTICE.. We are facing some serious issue regarding the same please do the needful as soon as possible.
