Dear Sir,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding a courier company that has failed to deliver my bike and is not responding to my phone calls.

He picked my Apache TVS Company Bike Registration No DL4SDB9558 from my Najafgarh home place 190 4th Floor RD Block Dharampura Najafgarh 110043 New Delhi and he said total amount 3500 and i paid him full amount thru gpay on his mobile was [protected] attaching screenshot of payment after all happened i asked for delivery why late he said will deliver in 2 days i called on that day he switched off the cell phone I tried another no not answer then I tried bike picker contact no he said i will conform rm then he send me a bill of amount 8045 i asked what is this he said final bill i told him our decision on 3500 and we agreed for that i paid him so why it's comes then he said pay me and will deliver if not paid i will return your bike Motihari to Delhi and you have to pay rest and also return amount this is really pathetic and non dutytable by his company and his owner so please take action against him still my bike delivery pending and his responsibility very unprofessional he said what police will do

I had entrusted the courier company with the responsibility of delivering my bike to my new residence Motihari Bihar on April 24th, 2023. He committed to deliver on that day 24th April. However, it has been more than a week now, and I have not received any updates regarding the status of my bike delivery. Moreover, the courier company's customer service phone number, which I have been calling several times a day, is not being answered.

This is a matter of grave concern for me as I rely on my bike for daily commuting, and it has been causing significant inconvenience and stress. I have tried to resolve the issue with the courier company, but to no avail.

Therefore, I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure that the courier company delivers my bike as soon as possible or takes necessary steps to compensate for the damages incurred due to the delay in delivery. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action against the courier company for its lack of accountability and negligence. He asked me 4 days back he will deliver today if not deliver i will gave you full money of bike and 3500 also so his committed date not fullfill and i beleive he is not doing his duty on time so waste of time and lack of misguide by him and his company my father is defence background and he suffer that problem reason he is now my Bihar home place and he is waiting for bike he had a problem for his duty related bike still not deliver and that guy asking again false timing

I request you to take a action against that company owner and on company also.
