I recently ordered a beige gown of rs. 750/- from this online site with cod option. I received an order within 7 days and since the delivery came from blued art, i paid the cash before opening the parcel and upon opening the parcel instead of the beautiful gown, i found an extremely cheap and torn saree which is old and is not even worth rs. 100/-. I have now found out that there are many other customers who are facing the same issue. I want to proceed legal action against them and want my refund as well as compensation.
