Arshopee.com — combo offer prize not given

Sir I have ordered 8999 combo offer order no.405 and As in our long telephonic conversation arshopee representative assured me that we will give you either LED TV or sony cyber shot camera(I selected Camera) and I paid above money . AR shopee representative assured me that You will surly get Sony cyber shot camera but I have received low price Rs 1500 spice mobile. afterward my long telephonic conversation with Malik, He agreed to give sony cyber shot camera 20.4 Mega pixel but put a condition to pay another Rs 3599 (Order no 739) and I paid this amount. They send me useless product of above amount and again they did not send me camera. I complained to arshopee and it's representative Mr Rahul verma told me that I will give you Sony Cybershot HX50V 20.4MP Semi SLR (Silver) Camera and Rs 2000/- as redemption point earn by your previous shopping if you will pay a amount Rs 5999 and he also assured me to give immediate tracking ID.A payment of Rs 5999 (order no. 1510)was done by me but I he did not give me tracking ID . Next day I send a mail to cancel my order and he replied me to receive the product as tracking ID can not be given due to some technical reason . Unfortunately I have not received that camera and They send me very low price camera(Rs 3500) which is lesser worth what I have paid . They have taken total amt Rs 18597 for Sony cybershot camera and given me worthless product. Sir I request you to take strict action against this company so that another customer could not be cheated.
