Dear sir,

This is to inform you of your kind information and necessary action please. I have taken a distribution from one Mr.Reyaz of ARSK Hardwares and agencies who have claimed that his ' POLYMARBLE SHEET ' is a patented product developed by him and have 10 years warranty and after seeing his Facebook ads and advertisements on social media . He told me that once i pay Rs.10 lakhs he will sign the agreement, Based on his information i transferred a sum of Rs.9.80 lakhs (through RTGS /NEFT ) three Payments )through my account towards the material.

On 19.06.2018 i went to Madurai where we signed the agreement and told that he will send the receipt for the payment . also i have requested for the test certificates where he has told that he will send it shortly .

After multiple calling and messaging i tried calling him where his manager told that he is out of the country . i tried to reach tyheir office but there was no response from them and due to this shock i was hospitalized .

during last december i finally got the information that he is in madurai only so i called him and asked for the agency and money deposted where he told that he has already given to someone and he cannot return my deposited money .

on 20.01.2020 i have lodged a police complaint with The SP, krishnagiri with all the documents attached where he was summoned by the police and came to the station and told that he has already sent the material without bill and he has all the evidences which will be submitted in 15 days .
Then after 20 days he came with some political background and tried to influence the police where the police people was suspended immedietely.

After long interogation he accepted that he has received money from me and he will settle at the earliest and ram away . But till now he is not responding to my calls or police calls . But recently i came to know that he has opened a big showroom and also gave advertisements in regional TV channels . I came to knwo from his EX employees that he has cheated many people all over india and enjoying with his political influence.

Updated by Krrish007 Can u please send the legal notice as I stand my words and have full proof submitted to high court where honarable court has given directions to file an FIR against reyas and he has not replied till now and non tracable.

Now I am going to file another defamation case against the employee adbul for spreading false about me.

It is to understand that reyas came to hosur after summons issued by hosur police station where he came with a madurai BJP legal wing person and threatened where we have proof for the same.

Let's see in court who is fraud and who is the victim I am not going to leave him as he has destroyed my life and cheated with my hard earned money. There are many victims affected by him where I will submit to court where is he ready to face it.

Updated by Krrish007 Even after cheating me and many people it seems you have not changed your way inspite of a pending case against you . People like you should be behind bars for your cheatings and must be exposed. For past 5 years I was suferring daily due to this cheating of my hard earned money. now I will expose every fraud activities and make sure he should be behind bars.

You have cheated many people by getting amount by giving false commitment and doing some kattapanchayat and threatened as a politician in real estate and using some ex minister name and showing your face as a politician and cheating everyone..don't tell lie that you got some court orders and don't threaten again...we also ready to face the case legally in court

Go ahead and do what ever you want as it seems the time has come for end for your company and MD reyas sins. The more fake allegations you make against me will be recorded and adding for proof.

Today you are digging your boss grave and business by posting fake information and against me which I will fight in courts with defamation .

I have paid Rs.9.80 lakhs for distribution ship through accounts which is not received till now. if reyas returns with interest I will withdraw and delete otherwise let it be justise will be done through courts.
I think you are acting and posting messages here as per your owner only. One thing I will tell you where you can cheat anyone but not with the God. Can u promise with quran and tell that you have not cheated me.
