I had placed my order #7399 with the Artarium company for mystical shiva statue and they gave me broken statue. Straight away that day itself I notified them via email (where they haven't even bothered to reply till date) and on WhatsApp where I was given false assurance that my replacement would be shipped. Since then, they have started ignoring me and don't reply to my questions regarding my replacement. They told me they would ship my replacement but it has been 8 days since they replied to me and I have received no communication whatsoever regarding my replacement or refund. This company is a fraud that sends broken items and takes your money. Please do not ever buy from here. Help me get my replacement or my refund please.
