Arthimpact — Fraud company joined with paytm postpaid that affects my cibil score

I have availed for paytm postpaid and been using it since 2019, this year when i try to check my CIBIL Score i saw arthimpact unsecure loan in my CIBIL report Which i have no idea about when checked further came to know it was my paytm postpaid amount when i have payed completly and not using it since march 2021 now thus arthimpact is affecting my CIBIL score saying some amount is still pending and the loan account is active since i have cleared the due amount im not sure why it is affecting.
