Artsy Store — Unethical behaviour

We ordered two portable mini blenders on February 19, 2024, and paid the full amount with transaction number[protected]. There was a delay in delivery, and the blenders were finally delivered on March 1, 2024. Upon delivery, We discovered that only one blender was delivered, which was damaged. We are to return the blender, but Artsy Store is rejecting the return. Trying to contact them but they are not answering.
