Artwins Digitech — Not delivering products/not returning money back

I have paid more than 50k to buy multiple products and it is more than year since the payment is made. Not getting any products yet. I asked to cancel and refund the money but not received my money yet. No response to emails and the mobile number also switched off. Do not know how to get the money back from this people.
