Arumugam Gas agency — Emergency service not functioning properly

Hi, I am using Indane gas and procuring this from Arumugam RGGLV INDANE Gas agency 1/64, MARKET ROAD, THAIYUR VILLAGE, Kelambakkam, Chennai - 603103. Unfortunately the emergency response team is responding very poor. I informed on the gas leakage and it tooK almost 6 hrs for the team to visit the home . Even on visit, proper checking was not done. We suspect the gas tube as the trouble maker and the emergency team is not competent to do basic troubleshooting . Still the problem is seen and please make the team accountable.
