We had recieved a pos machine with tid no kl020044 in 2017.in due course due to updation of the machine, the above machine was removed and another machine of tid number klo40300 was installed. Subsequently due to the introduction of paytm and qr codes the usage of pos machine came down.
We had surrendered the above machine to the bank on[protected] due to non usage, but the charges for the above two machines were duducted from our accounts.
Inspite of informing them that the monthly rent for only one machine was deducted from our account, sbi continues to harass us by saying two machine were installed.
