[Resolved]  Arup Das — Broken product so returned to showroom and now not refunding money

I booked sofa at Royaloak showroom at Bommanahalli branch and paid 58900 rupees. They delivered the display piece which was used and broken. As the product was not fresh piece from their warehouse I returned the product immediately from my house gate/ road itself. So I asked for refund of my and sent mail but their customer support team is not responding and neither store manager.
