[11:14 am, 6/11/2026] Yogesh Waran: I purchased a Honda two-wheeler in 2019. In 2022, I exchanged the said Honda two-wheeler at a showroom and purchased a new Yamaha FZ Version 3 in return.
However, the ownership of the exchanged Honda vehicle has not yet been transferred, and the RC is still registered in my name. I am now receiving traffic challan messages on my mobile number for traffic violations, including riding without wearing a helmet, committed by the person currently using the vehicle.
The showroom where I exchanged the vehicle has also been closed, and I am unable to contact them.
