In ARV IMPERIA there is irregular solar hot water or almost no water from last month, most of the time there is cold water available.
Management people are giving reason of repairing solar heater system but repair work going from last 1 month.
I request to buyers to think twice before buying flat from ARV Group.
There charge more maintenance but not worth.
