Hi sir/mam, I would like to register a complaint againts a person who have been cheated on me. My mobile got some issue so that guy asked my mobile phone for fixing it but after i gave mobile he fixed those mobile & not returned. Now he's blackmailing me with my photos that were saved in my mobile phone. I want my phone back & need to take necessary action against him. His contact number is [protected], name arya.
