Arya Packers And Movers — broken goods and doesn't give insurance amount

I shifted from noida to hyderabad.
When i got my stuff, it was all wet.
Wooden trolley broke as it was wet
My microwave was in bad condition n we also took insurance, when i asked to refund the amount of microwave, person from arya packers it will take time
It has been 5 months, and the person is not attending calls still did not refund the money
Never go for this packers n movers
