I bought a Tata Safari XTA plus from Arya Tata golf course Road outlet on 24 th feb'2022. My temporary registration was valid till 24 th March . Now I am not able to take my car on road as still I have not received RC and Number plate. And nobody is bothered. After escalation and so many calls I got a message of my never from RTO on 4 th April...than I was told that number plate would come in two days...Than Santosh told me on Wednesday that it will be there by that evening and after which he stopped taking my calls..than Mr.Sandeep the so called manager spoke to me on Thursday and told me he would revert in few minutes and again he also vanished and stopped taking my calls ...he not even responded to my WhatsApp message. You people are only interested in increasing your numbers..No concern for customer problems. I am stuck totally. I can't take my car out as everytime I am worried of getting caught and fined for driving non registered car. I bought a vehicle worth Rs.23 lacs with my hard earned money for mo use. It's a pathetic and frustrating behaviour of the people of your company. It looks like they think nobody can touch them and the customer can only call thatsit. Was this information helpful? |
