Hi,
I worked as an linux unix admin in TCS and IPsoft on permanent payroll. After that on emergency i took 1 year gap from employment. Then again I searched jobs from past 4 months but couldn't get jobs on permanent payroll.
Since i had tough time at family i needed the job at any cost, at that time i got call from ASAP info systems pvt ltd to attend interview at TCS on contract to hire 21st march 2017, I mentioned that i worked earlier as permanent employee in TCS but they said that is no problem i can attend this interview.
I went to attend the interview, got selected, Ganesh from ASAP info system sent me a mail stating I got selected for TCS and he told me to submit documents and to fill TCS BGC form to release offer. I submitted all the scanned copy and affidavit for job gap. I spent Rs.1500 but this was big amount for me since i had very tough time with family.
After that ASAP infosystems released me offer with TCS on 22 march 2017, I accepted it and they mailed me regarding reporting time as well. But Ganesh the person who told me submit documents called me and told I'm not getting on boarded at last moment.
The worst thing as humanity is he didn't feel sorry for me nor he replied me why it was rejected at last. He ruthlessly told i'm not getting on boarded and told me ignore all the emails from them. Very ruthless person.
TCS people are good, i called the project manager itself and the told the situation he felt very sorry for me and inquired what happened and he called me on concern and told that Earlier TCS permanent employee can't join TCS again on contract to hire mode it has been on hold by corporate team. TCS Client is very concerned about me than the vendor ASAP infosystem.
Request for ASAP info system to take correct information from the client on all policies. Its completely a big mistake of the vendor, they said carelessly that they were not aware of this policy.
