I no 6385513n hav/clk (Gd) marne sanjay sambhajirao discharged from army service after completion of 20 years, 07 months and 08 days army service and sos wef 01 sep 2008 (Fn). As i was promoted to the rank of havildar wef 01 feb 1997 and completed 10 years continuous service in one rank i. E.in the rank of havildar, i am eligible for grant of modified assured career progression scheme (Macps) as per govt of india, min of def letter quoted at para 1 above, the applicability for grant of macp to pbor is wef 01 jan 2006 as per supreme court order dated 08 dec 2017.

3. Keeping in view of all above, may i request your kind honour to take up my case with higher auth for grant of macp to get the entitled benefit to the helpless veteran at the earliest please.
