Hi..Dear All..whoever are trying to deposit funds with medical insurance bpo companies, please beware before taking up the projects, it will result in loss of your entire project and also you will terminated on quality grounds, besides also you will not get the amount of what they have promised, they promise that they will pay. ie Rs 22/- per form and they will provide 35000 forms for a month, to be done work in a time slot 12 hrs each day (ie 26 working days in a month), whichever you select, for which you will be promised to get an amount by multiplying one form 22*35000 total forms = Rs 770000/- in one month. But practically if you go and find out, no firm ever in the entire pan india, whoever have taken this project, reached this much of 100% quality, if you do the analysis you will find that, they will pay you hardly only 10% amount, which comes to Rs 50000 or 60000/-, and that also when everything by you is put in that is manpower and the money for the whole month. Besides this, they will take from you a whopping upfront amount of Rs 500000/- as deposit for purchase of data software and training and other charges as upfront fees. On an average, Out of 10 people taking this in a city, 80% people got terminated as per the agreement where the % of Quality if goes less than 40% will gets terminated. And the remaining will continue with 10% or 15% etc for another 2-3 months if they got survived. In the entire period you will hardly find any 1 or 2 people pan india who has made it up to 11 months.
