Ascent International Services — Given consultancy charges for useless project Now no response

We are BPO in tamilnadu, we are into business for more than 10 years. April 2015 we came to know about the company, we visited the company and signed the medical demographic project by paying 4, 21, 350/- which is 3, 75, 000 + tax. they say it is a monthly project but for a project cycle to be over it takes more than 50 days, including quality check report and other formalities. They kept saying that the quality report is not received. we waited for 3-4 months without any revenue we paid the office expenses which was another 4, 00, 000/- Rupees. The way they look and speak makes us to believe they are genuine but there is no response from them regarding this issue, every time we call Mr. Akhil Singh he always sends " I'm in meeting" message, Mr. Devedhar though either not reachable or no response. we lost so much money and they don't even bother to answer our calls.
