I am an account holder of SBI, Mahul road, Chembur having account number [protected]. I would like to bring to your notice that an inappropriate cash transaction from my ATM card was done on 21st December 2017. When the card was in my possession 4 successive transaction amounting to Rs.10000/_ each plus Rs. 9000/- total amounting to Rs. 39000/- was debited from my account. But I have not received any message regarding the above withdrawal amount (Rs. 39000/-) from State Bank of India. .I had contacted the branch on dated 8th January, 2018 stating the above fraud happened to us as per the state Bank of India’s procedures. Till now this complaint is not resolved by the State Bank of India authorities and no proper response by employees is being entertained regarding our case. Kindly look into the above matter and guide us accordingly by doing the needful at the earliest as the matter is almost 2 months from the date of fraud occurred. Was this information helpful? |
