I raghvendra singh just want to say that i am one of the many people who are fallen as a prey to this guy named ashit jain. Who fooled me in name of providing job at south africa and taken a total sum of rupee 1.5 lakhs in 2017. Now he had blocked my phone and didn't receives my call. Now after 2yrs i am planning to take legal actions against him and his fraud company. So please any of you can help me to provide details so how and where i can take action against him properly and step by step. I have all details of transaction and whatsapp chat with recording which is quite enough to prove him guilty. So please guide me.
