Ashley Furniture India — fake leather, false claims, and zero after-sales support!

I purchased a “100% genuine leather” sofa from Ashley Furniture, Hyderabad, ppaying a premium price for what was promised to be an authentic leather product. Within just 7 months, the so-called leather started peeling and cracking, clearly proving it’s fake or substandard material.

I raised multiple complaints with the store, but there has been no response or action from their side. The customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful, and they refuse to take any responsibility for the poor quality product they sold.

This is misleading and unethical business practice. People should think twice before trusting Ashley Furniture Hyderabad, as it appears they are selling fake leather products under the “genuine leather” tag. Totally disappointed — a complete waste of money and trust.
