My name is ASHOK KUMAR JAKHODIA . I have complained multiple times to CUGL KANPUR office regarding delay in my CUGL Connection but CUGL employees did not listen. I submitted 6000/- INR check on 9 OCT 2019 and registration form, it's been more than 6 months and still when I ask them, they say : we will come tomorrow and next day says tomorrow we will come and saying again and again same thing. But did not listen our request. The worst part is that I have CUGL pipeline extended next to my balcony and it just needs meter and minor installation. I am totally fed up with these things. I request to our senior officers and people in higher ranks to please look into it and kindly take action on this issue. My CUGL CID NO IS D0050040 d0050042
