Ashu Steel Industry — Misbehaving and material stolen or lost

I have booked my material from Delhi to pune

1) Without informing they are redirecting our material to Mumbai again and again.

2) After confronting them they started misbehaving and not responding properly.

3) In your team there is a person named Sumit (andheri branch) phone[protected] He is using abusive language and threatening me that now u will not get my material . He has misplaced or stolen it. and he says that Go anywhere nobody will do anything..

4) It's been more than 1 months we are suffering because of the vrl team .

5) Now they are unable to find our material and have lost it.

6) Now the Client has canceled the order.

7) So We don't need the material anymore, Please return our money to us or else we will go to consumer court.

8) Invoice value 74, 800 + bilty 6405 total 81205 Please refund our money.
