I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable delay and highly unprofessional behavior from your destination office staff.
A courier dispatched on 24th December has still not been delivered to the client, despite multiple follow-ups. Considering the transit time, this delay is completely unjustified and unacceptable.
When I contacted the destination office for clarification, I was shocked by the rude, arrogant, and threatening response from your staff. I was explicitly told:
“Jahan complaint karni hai wahan kar lo, humein koi farq nahi padega. Aap jitni bahas karoge hum courier utna hi delay karenge.”
Additionally:
They refused to confirm who has received or is holding the courier
They asked me not to call again
They intentionally threatened to delay the delivery further
This behavior is highly unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable for any service organization. Such conduct severely damages your company’s reputation and customer trust.
Please note that this courier is extremely urgent and time-sensitive, and I require delivery today without any further delay.
I request the following actions immediately:
Urgent delivery status update with proof
Confirmation of who is currently holding the courier
Immediate intervention from senior management
Strict action against the staff involved
If this matter is not resolved today, I will be left with no option but to escalate this issue to higher authorities, consumer grievance forums, and social platforms.
