Dear Flipkart Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with my recent order (Order ID: [Order ID]). I had ordered a pair of shoes in size 10 but received a size 8 instead. When I tried to request a replacement, I received a message stating that the request could not be fulfilled as the product was delivered intact.
While the packaging was intact, the product itself is incorrect. I have attached photos showing the size label on the shoes and the packaging for your reference. I kindly request you to initiate a replacement with the correct size (size 10) as per my original order.
Please look into this matter and assist me in resolving the issue at the earliest.
