I am to inform you very honestly that after visiting lot of projects with various dealers, i found your project the good project for purchase for personal use or to give on rent. Since the construction on the project was on full swing and also assured by your office that possession of the said flat would be given surely by the end of june, 2015. I myself after getting the so many good promises as well from director dinesh sharma and nitin sharma, decided to purchase flat in “bawal residency, situated at bawal. Haryana. I paid rs. 8, 50, 000/- through my own source as a booking amount & for balance amount i approached corporation bank for home loan. They very kindly sanctioned me home loan to tune of rs. 32. 00 lac & disbursed rs. 31, 45, 520/- against loan & paid to you.
At the time of booking flat, you promised me that within 6 months time after receipt of 90% payment, you will give the possession and do the registration. But till date neither the registration has been done nor possession has been given to me.
After sometime when i visited the site to know the ongoing progress / development in the project, i was completely shocked to found that work was completely stopped due to the reasons best known to you. I immediately visited your office to find out the reason / truth / fact for stopping the work on project, but sorry to inform you that nobody gave me the satisfactory reply, this really increased my tension.
Very recently in the month of feb, 2016, when i visited the noida office was locked, then i visited the site atbawal residency where i booked the flat, to know the truth about the flat. There i came to know through someone that you have sold the entire building / property i was very shocked when i came to know from the site that most of the property / flat have been sold twice/ thrice, which is really breach of trust and criminal act because you have sold the property to me and you have given and signed the tpa and ptm in favour of my bank - “corporation bank ” from where i have taken the loan against the said property.
Thereafter, my hopes for getting the flat has been shattered & myself after consulting with my wife & other relatives decided to surrender the flat to you with a request to please clear my outstanding home loan with “bank of baroda” with immediate effect & pay my booking amount paid to you through my own source while booking the property in 10 days from the date of this letter.
