I had ordered 4 pairs of shoes from Asian. I returned 3 of them and kept 1. The Ekart delivery partner picked up all 3 returned shoes during a single pickup. However, only 2 shoes were marked as returned in the system, and I received a refund for just 2.
I have a call recording with the pickup agent clearly confirming that all 3 shoes were collected. I have shared this evidence multiple times with Asian’s customer care over the past month, but no resolution has been provided.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received the refund for the third returned shoe, and the company has not taken any corrective action.
