"I placed an order for a Combo of 8 Korean Ombere Lip and Cheek Tints Pudding Pots (Order ID: 34768) worth ₹999.00 via Cash on Delivery. However, I received a completely different product that I did not order. I am disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I request assistance in returning the incorrect product and obtaining a full refund of ₹999.00. Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest."
