Have purchased the vehicle on dated 20th Aug, 2021from City Honda lingarajapuram, Bangalore.In Honda Activa 125 Drump Alloy-BSVI.They have fitted MRF tyre both front and back.
The Front Tyre air likage and crack has happened with in 6months.Total KM has runned 912 km as on yesterday dated on 05th April22, .I had discussed with Showroom people they had suggested please check with MRF tyre showroom, Indiranagar.Today, I went and asked the same thing ..The branch manager is saying it is not possible to exchange the tyre.I asked Why? And i said waranty is there while you will not do .He is saying this in not Manufacturer defects.
My question is :
1.If quality is not good why it has happened with in 6months?
2.Where it is mentioned before we are buying vehicle ..TYre waranty is only if defects..How do I knowns this tyre is defect or not .if it is not deffect why this is happened?
3.I need compensate this tyre exchage or else...
4.Give the good service .. customer should be happy..This indiranagar MFF person..he doesn't known how will trat the customer.
