I receive wrong product my order no is AB2657549 i have order sony 10000 Mah. power bank my Complaint No:(QRC555043). I make an online payment of Rs. 429/- as for conformation i have attached my traction screen shot to this mail, even though the bill on the product as COD(Cash on delivery) for that i have paid it again of Rs 429/- because the delivery boy didn't given the product to me until i pay the money for this also i kept the photo copy of my bill. apart from all this i have received wrong product. I want to cancel my total order and i want my total amount to be back i e: (Online transaction amount of Rs 429/-) + (Amount given to the delivery boy of Rs 429/-) = Rs 858/- if not i am sure going to put a case in the consumer court definitely.
