Hi all,

The below mentioned feedback is true, i had wasted 2 months time for this useless company, the human resources team is completely blind, they don't have proper plan. Why they are recruiting? For what?. They blindly making cold calls and scheduling interview with candidates.

After the interview they wont have courtesy to respond to the candidate. I really fed up with the recruitment process with aspire systems and i won't recommend this company anymore, to my friends and colleagues because of their foolish process. I want to appreciate the mr. Keerthi narayanan - talent acquisition for this awesome behavior, he don't know the how to recruit, screen the resume, employee relations. Without the proper requirement or need why you peoples are hiring?? I think you guys are playing to the job seekers for the marketing or branding purpose??
